Refunds and cancellations, return of goods
- If a buyer wants to cancel his own order, he has to inform the seller about it before the order has been shipped. The buyer should inform the seller about cancelling the order via email vilashes.info@gmail.com
- If a buyer has paid for the order and wants to cancel it and get a refund, he also has to inform the seller about it before the order has been shipped. The buyer should inform the seller about cancelling the order and getting refund via email vilashes.info@gmail.com. The refund request will be processed within one business day. It could take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on the buyer’s statement (credit card , Paypal or bank account), depending on how long it takes the buyer’s bank to process the transaction.
- If the order has already shipped, the buyer will receive a notification that the order is already on its way and that refund is available after the buyer will return the package to the seller. When the return reaches the seller, the seller will issue a refund for the order.
- Returns of all goods are available and should be made within 14 days after the buyer receives the order. - All expenses of return of quality goods carries the buyer, except of if the whole order or any ordered product came damaged or if the goods are bad quality. If the buyer returns quality goods, he has the right to choose shipping method on his own.
- In case of if the goods came damages or are bad quality, the buyer could provide any photos proving this fact. After the seller gets such photos, he will inform the buyer, whether he would like to request these goods back on seller’s expenses or not, and will resend the quality goods (if the buyer requires) or issue a refund.
